Tosha Studmire is a Web Marketing Manager at 23andMe, focusing on conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and moving site visitors to purchase. She also serves as the marketing team’s DEI Liasion to the broader company. She believes in using storytelling and creativity to create positive brand experiences that are diverse and inclusive. She values authenticity, creativity, and human connectedness, weaving that into her work every chance she gets.
Before 23andMe, Tosha worked on the agency side, helping businesses create a meaningful digital experience for their customers. She also worked at Cleveland Clinic in the Minority Men’s Health Center and at her alma mater, Cleveland State University. In addition, she’s volunteered with the United Way of Greater Cleveland on their Health Impact Committee and StreetCode Academy. During her time in Cleveland, she organized Bike the Block - a series of protests created for the community to mobilize, speak out and register to vote. In college, she started Curly Cleveland - an organization centering textured hair experiences. She has been awarded the Nsorama award by the Cleveland National Technical Association for her technological and educational accomplishments and is excited to be a part of the Adcolor Futures Class of 2022. Tosha holds an MBA with a focus in Marketing and a BS in Community Health, both from Cleveland State University.
When she is not working, she enjoys life by staying active, connecting with loved ones, singing, playing her guitar, and loving her Frenchie, Chilli (word to TLC).
